2. Service Delivery and Obligations

We commit to delivering software solutions according to the technical specifications and scope outlined in the approved contract or quotation. The client, in turn, is obligated to provide all necessary information, files, and access required to execute the project in a timely manner.

3. Intellectual Property

All source codes and designs remain the exclusive property of Zentos Code until all agreed-upon payments for the project are fully settled. Upon final payment, the usage rights for the project are transferred to the client as stipulated in the contract.

4. Payment and Handover Terms

• Payments are divided into milestones based on the project's size and prior agreement.
• Source code delivery or final project deployment on the client's servers will not occur until all financial dues are settled.
• Delays in payment may result in temporary suspension of work and adjustments to the delivery timeline.

5. Warranty and Technical Support

We provide a free warranty period for all our custom projects (as per the signed contract) to fix any software bugs if they arise. This warranty does not cover additional modifications, new features, or errors resulting from client tampering with the codes.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised terms.
